This Privacy Statement informs you about the nature, scope and purposes of Ultimate’s collection and use of your personal data in connection with your visit and use of our website www.ultimate-eur.com (“Website”).

If you participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, we will only process your personal data voluntarily provided in this survey for evaluation and to improve our quality standards.

Storage Periods

The contact details will be kept as long as they are necessary to answer your request or follow-up requests and will be deleted thereafter.
The data in context with the supplier registration will be stored in our database until you withdraw your consent to the processing and storage of these personal data (e.g. by e-mail to privacy@ultimate-eur.com)
The customer satisfaction survey data are retained for 30 days and will then be deleted.
