If you participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey, we will only process your personal data voluntarily provided in this survey for evaluation and to improve our quality standards.

Storage Periods

The access data are kept for 7 days or in the event of a security incident until it is clarified and then deleted. A transfer to third parties takes place only to the extent that this is necessary for clarification.

The contact details will be kept as long as they are necessary to answer your request or follow-up requests and will be deleted thereafter.

The data in context with the supplier registration will be stored in our database until you withdraw your consent to the processing and storage of these personal data (e.g. by e-mail to privacy@ultimate-eur.com)

The customer satisfaction survey data are retained for 30 days and will then be deleted.
